Saturday, May 13th; Create a Powerful Life

8:00a.m. – 9:00a.m. Breakfast

We serve lactovegetarian and vegan meals three times daily in a variety of cuisines, incorporating fresh and natural foods wherever possible. In season, much of the produce is supplied by the Ashram’s bio-dynamic garden. Water comes directly from our spring-fed wells. Note: During the winter months, weekday breakfasts may be available only informally.

9:00a.m. – 9:45a.m. Meditation and Fire Ceremony

Join us as we meditate for inner peace using the Fire Ceremony for innumerable positive vibrations into the environment, both physically and metaphysically. Included in this meditation is the intention for world peace. The mantras are sounds which communicate inspiration and meaning, the purest vibrations that mankind has conceived, with the purest intentions of living our best life for our highest and best good, and for the highest and best good of all that exists in the formed and unformed universe. On every level, we are nurturing, enhancing, empowering, inspiring the highest communion with our highest light. This is the union or Yoga of knowledge.

11:00a.m. – 12:00p.m. Session One

Karen will teach you skills to create the code you live by. The Intention Process is for those who want to use the Laws of Manifestation in their daily lives, line up with the Highest Good and have a lot of fun while they’re at it!

12:30p.m. – 1:30p.m. Lunch

2:30p.m – 3:30p.m. Session Two

During the second session, we will look at powerful action and mindsets that support your intentions. Begin by setting clear objectives based on your intentions. Then set the direction these objectives will take by discussing the strategies, action items and how the intentions might manifest quicker when your thoughts are in alignment with your code.

This direction has five steps, and below I map out the step-by-step process:

See above description of the Meditation and Fire Ceremony. The evening program includes group chanting, readings from Shri Brahmananda’s essays and various spiritual sources, a study of Yoga Sūtras or recordings of Shri Brahmananda’s Satsang’s.

Sunday, May 14th; Create a Powerful Life
